Questions and answers
Which TVs does it run on?
TVs and set-top boxes with Android TV and Google TV. TVs on other systems (such as Tizen or webOS) are not supported — connect an Android TV box to them.
Do I need a separate subscription for the TV?
No, the TV is one of the devices of your subscription: sign in to the same account as on your phone or computer.
How do I pay on the TV?
The subscription is paid in your account or in the bot on the phone — the TV connects to the same subscription.
Is there a Yak VPN app for the TV?
There is a beta version for Android TV on the download page. We recommend Happ as the main app.
How many devices can I connect?
It depends on the plan: Young Yak — up to 3 devices, Great Yak — up to 5, Big Yak — up to 10 plus 2 separate links for your family. Phone, tablet, computer and TV share one subscription. The free plan is one device.
How can I pay?
By card, SBP, Telegram Stars or crypto — in your account on the website or in the @yakvpnbot bot. The first 3 days are free, no card required.
What if the VPN is slow?
Pick another country or “Auto”: the app compares latency and connects to the fastest server. If that does not help, write to support — it works around the clock.
