Why do I need the Happ app?
There is no Yak VPN app for iOS yet. Happ from the App Store connects to our servers with your subscription, while the account, payments and devices are managed in your account on the website or in the @yakvpnbot bot.
Does it work on iPad?
Yes, the same way as on iPhone: install Happ and add the subscription from your account.
How many devices can I connect?
It depends on the plan: Young Yak — up to 3 devices, Great Yak — up to 5, Big Yak — up to 10 plus 2 separate links for your family. Phone, tablet, computer and TV share one subscription. The free plan is one device.
How can I pay?
By card, SBP, Telegram Stars or crypto — in your account on the website or in the @yakvpnbot bot. The first 3 days are free, no card required.
What if the VPN is slow?
Pick another country or “Auto”: the app compares latency and connects to the fastest server. If that does not help, write to support — it works around the clock.
